We assist you from design through installation. At the beginning, we provide a questionnaire that helps answer critical design and installation questions. We can then help with the actual design and provide drawings, complete bill of material and installation instructions at time of delivery.

Are your products UL/cULus approved?
Yes. They meet today's standards.

Do you have product on hand, or is it made to order?
Most of the products are ready for immediate shipment. Custom Sirius products have an approximate shipping time of 6-8 weeks.

How fast can I expect shipment?
Due to our large inventory most of orders can be shipped in 1-2 days. We have 2 warehouses, one located in Chicago and one in Los Angeles.

How can I purchase your products?
Use our website to find the Sirius Lighting sales agent for your area. They can direct you to a nearby Electrical Wholesaler, Distributor or Lighting Showroom.

Are you affiliated with any trade organizations?
Yes. IES, ALA, NAILD, DLF (Designers Lighting Forum), Green Lights.

What is your guarantee?
All non-operable materials that are under warranty can be returned to our Northbrook facility for inspection. We will either repair or replace material at no charge (NO RGA NEEDED).All products must be installed and/or used in accordance with applicable National or Local Electrical Codes;and for the general use and practices as advised in our literature and instruction information. We guarantee these lighting products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year. Other warranties are as follows:
Electronic Transformers for 4 years except for 60 and 75W transformers, they carry a 3 year warranty and LRT60 carries a 1 year warranty
Electronic Ballasts for 5 years
Magnetic Ballasts for 1 year Magnetic Transformers for 2 years
Remote Low Voltage Transformers for 4 years
No collect shipments will be accepted. We disclaim any liability for product defect claims that are due to product misuse, improper product selection or misapplication. We shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from any circumstance or cause beyond the control of us in the conduct or its business.
